Printed in your choice of Heather’s intriguing patterns, sewn one at a time for you in Montreal, Canada, this skirt will become one of your favorites. Skirt in front measures 18.5" from below the belt to the hem; 23" in the back from below the belt to the hem.
Cut in a circle, this skirt is designed to fall shorter in the front and longer in the back: very flattering to the hips!
