This collection is from Heather's fascination with the history and architecture of Gothic and Romanesque churches, cathedrals, monasteries and basilicas. Her photos of doors, domes, altar pieces, columns, stained glass windows and mosaic tile floors are the inspiration for her patterns.  Heather offers these as a humble salute to the artisans, architects, masons, welders: all whose hard work created these structures that still stand today.
